A word about appointment. If you have never seen me before, don't call me at 9 or 10pm and expect an appointment. If I have never seen you before, it will probably take me several hours to verify you. Call well in advance and let me get to know you. If I have seen you before, short notice appointment during the day are fine if I am available.
