A word about appointments. If you have never seen me before, don't call me at 9 or 10pm and expect an appointment. Call well in advance and let me get to know you. Short notice appointments during the day are fine for established clients. If you contact me on Friday or during the weekend, I may not be able to verify your work information until Monday.
Use the appointment form below or you can send me an email with "exactly" the same information. If you don't send the required info in the email, I will reply to your email with a blank form containing the requested info which you can then complete and email back to me.
